On September 7, 2011, Karen was interviewed by Wanda at CBC Northwind about the salmon research in the Northwest Territories. Wanda had caught an unusual fish in her net, a fish that turned out to be a salmon. Karen provides context to the salmon sightings in the Beaufort Sea, Mackenzie River Delta and tributaries, discusses the salmon research and what questions may be addressed, and talks about the salmon in the context of climate change.
